Białołęka is the second largest and one of the fastest growing districts of Warsaw. In recent years, it has seen the greatest number of housing investments, attracting mainly young and active new residents.
Its excellent communication links with other districts of Warsaw facilitates commuting to work and provides easy access to the attractions and entertainment available in the city centre, but this location itself also has much to offer: close to the investment there is a school, large shopping malls, such stores as IKEA and Decathlon, restaurants, schools, kindergartens, health facilities and sports facilities.
Another great advantage of the location of Głębocka 72 is its proximity to the S8 expressway, which ensures easy access to the Warsaw ring road expressway. An upcoming advantage will soon be the metro station planned for 2022 in Bródno, which will be only 2.5 kilometres away. For the time being, the Wileńska metro station can be conveniently reached by bus lines 120 and 527, while in peak hours, there are regular E7 and E9 bus services to the Wileńska and Marymont metro stations.
A night time N11 bus service also runs.
Access to the city centre by car takes about 20 minutes.
